Senior Site Manager – Dublin – High rise Residential

We are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with experienced Senior Site Managers in Dublin.

Responsibilities

Site Operations Management
Lead daily site operations on a high-rise residential project, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme milestones while coordinating multiple work fronts within a constrained city-centre environment.
Subcontractor Coordination
Manage and drive subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with programme, budget, and quality expectations, while leading coordination meetings and maintaining clear communication across all trades.
Health & Safety Leadership
Champion a proactive health & safety culture on site, ensuring full compliance with regulations and standards through regular audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments to effectively manage hazards.
Logistics & Planning
Plan and manage site logistics, including deliveries, crane operations, and access, working closely with the wider project team to optimise sequencing and minimise disruption in a busy urban location.
Quality Assurance
Oversee quality of workmanship across all trades, ensuring finishes meet high residential standards, while driving snagging, inspections, and close-out processes to achieve a high-quality end product.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 6+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale residential projects or similar
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
